I/We acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions as set out by Mooiplaats Safari Lodge.

1. Mooiplaats Safari Lodge, its owner, staff and its surroundings, including all properties within the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve will not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to my/ ourselves, whether arising from fire, theft or negligence (gross or otherwise).
2. It is also acknowledged that should any staff member of Mooiplaats Safari Lodge act, respond or behave in an unbecoming manner, it must be reported immediately to management.
3. All vehicles are driven and parked at your own risk. (This includes the whole of the Guernsey Private Nature Reserve.
4. All beverages and any extras will be paid on the day of checkout, Cash only. Foreign currency is accepted and will be rate at the bank rate of the day. Change will be returned in Local currency.
5. Note that an online booking requires confirmation from the Lodge, to avoid double bookings, and is a reference to your visit and not a confirmed transaction, unless paid for in advance.
